    Antique R/R Lantern

    Repaired an old R/R lantern from the 1850's . I was amazed to see the strength this epoxy has.The old lantern was a TOTAL REBUILD on all the seams . After a 24 hr. sit ( to cure ) ,the lantern was ready for another 100 yrs. .This is some good stuff and I will be showing this old lantern ( lit ) with it's original RED globe glowing once again as it did 100 yrs ago . Thanks " LOCTITE " !! The epoxy weld did just what it was supposed to do . DUKE .

    Saved me lots of work

    "Welds" plastic!

    If you need to "weld" plastic part together so they stay together, then use the Henkel Loctite Epoxy! It works, it really works!

    Not as tough or strong as advertised

    I tried to use it to replace a patio door handle that had broken off. However, after about 1 week the handle broke off again and when I went to drill out the epoxy it was not very hard or tough and drilled out as though it was plastic.
