No modification or dismantling of any parts are authorised, failure to comply with these terms will invalidate your guarantee. 5. If an item is found to be faulty we will exchange them for you (subject to stock) or you can return the item for a full purchase price refund. The item must be returned within the guarantee period. 7. All engines purchased must be fitted with a new timing cam-belt/chain; new filters and new oil to the correct level upon fitting. Failure to follow these instructions will result in the guarantee being voided. 8. All gearboxes must be filled with new oil, to the correct level upon installation. Auto gearboxes must be fitted with the torque converter, failure to do so will invalidate your guarantee. 9. All parts supplied are based on a Parts Only, We will not accept any responsibility for labour charges incurred in fitting or removal of parts purchased from ourselves. Nor do we accept any responsibility for vehicle hire charges or any other consequential loss. 10. By purchasing/bidding/ordering the buyer agrees to our terms and conditions.
