Not able to make contact. Still haven't got product. Refunded but would have been better if I could have made contact with shipper as address was wrong and I had no way of adjusting so I could either pick up product or redirect it. Should be a facility to provide a phone number for shipper or a way to redirect en route.

Item came damaged (not described in pictures) and fairly quick. I sent them a pic and said it didn’t appear to be shipping damage as the broken piece was not in the box. They offered an immediate refund no questions asked, and did not ask me to return it. Even though I’m still out a few days and a part I need. I can’t beat the customer service and quick remedy.
