I enjoy the taste of the scratchings if the fat is pale, but if the pieces have the browny colour on top of the creamy layer of fat and there is alot . It's so off putting ,they just go to the dog .

Deeply disappointed with my latest order of pork scratchings from a usually reliable company. Unlike the traditional, hearty scratchings I’ve enjoyed before, these were airy, uniformly cut, and had an unpleasant aftertaste. Previously satisfied with Amazon purchases, this eBay order didn’t meet expectations. Not worth the price or hassle to return. If seeking authentic pork scratchings, I advise looking elsewhere.

Hi, you have ordered double cooked crackling and not the traditional scratchings, these will be a softer lighter bite due to being double cooked. We still have the traditional scratchings in our listings which will be what your looking for. BCS
