Comes with 5 Velcro straps, many different places to attach to the bag, so very versatile. I fitted mine to the back, at the seat post, rather than having the front to the handle bar side, this is less (though not fully) intrusive on your water bottle. I can still accommodate a large water bottle at the front and a small, below the bag on the seat post. Really recommend this item. And it is big as shown in the pic
