Swan deep fat fryer
The instructions say the handle will lower/raise the food into the oil but it doesn’t. You have to open the lid to raise the basket out of the oil, you can not do it with the lid shut like on other brands.

does the job at a great price
after my old one started to look dated decided to buy a new one, as we don`t deep fry often I went for a cheaper model, it arrived the next day, very smart looking and light, easy to use and more than happy with the purchase.
