In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Beauty77 Cosmetics will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us on info@beauty77.co.uk or use the contact us tab within 3 working days of order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item by second class post. In such cases we will refund the postage cost of returning the item and any replacement will be sent with no further P&P charge. Photographic evidence may be required to support a claim.

If you wish to cancel an order before we have sent the goods, you must confirm by email. If your order has not been sent, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge whatsoever.

If you change your mind and wish to return a product after your order has been sent to you or after you have received it, then no problem. The following procedures will apply :

Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) state a customer has the right to 'cancel' the contract at any time up to '7 working days starting the day after delivery'

The product(s) must be returned in a fully re-saleable condition ie. unused, unopened and in the same condition as they were originally dispatched by Beauty77 Cosmetics.

* For safety and hygiene reasons Beauty77 Cosmetics will not accept, for exchange or refund, any item which has been used or is not in the exact condition in which it was dispatched by us.

You must contact us by phone or email to confirm which items are being returned. You will be requested to return the goods by second class post (we recommend you get Proof of Posting) and will be required to pay the cost of returning the goods. Sorry but unless the product(s) are faulty or do not conform to your order, we can not refund the delivery charge. Please also note, that if you chose the free shipping delivery method, then there will be a £2.50 handling charge per order for any returned item(s).
