Terms and conditions of the sale
Buyers have the right to return items to us within the 7 days cooling off period covered by the distance selling regulations, however this is only possible if the item is UNUSED AND STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING!!! the buyer may also return the item for a refund if it develops a fault within the first 28 days of ownership, after 28 days any faults are referred to the manufacturer (in the case of computer systems)..
 
Please note that the Distance selling regulations 7 day cooling off period does not apply to business to business sales unless item is not as described, please see our return policy above..
 
Telephone numbers must be supplied for our courier delivery service, if you do not supply a valid telephone number for the delivery address then we reserve the right to delay dispatch until we have a valid telephone number to pass to the courier... sometimes we may apply to eBay for your contact details, you will receive an email from eBay if we do this..
 
VAT receipts are only supplied upon request, these must be requested within 30 days of purchase, if they are not requested with the purchase then all VAT receipts requested after delivery will be sent by email in PDF format... to do this we will require a valid email address from you..
 
Please note that computer software falls under the right of withdrawal, and can not be returned, we also can not personally cover computer systems for software faults that may occur, the dell 1 year warranty is for hardware only, However most systems do carry a 30 day software support warranty from Dell (30 days from the start of the warranty which will be on each listing page) if you install software on your system after purchase that causes a problem we can not be held liable..
 
If your order does not arrive within a timely manner please contact us to let us know. Royal Mail advise to allow up to 7 working days for 1st class post in particular parcels as they handle these differently to standard letters. Outside the UK please allow around 10 working days depending on the destination. In this rare event, please contact us via the ebay link & we will either trace or replace.
 
If you decide you do not want the item after delivery or you have discovered that it is not what you require (AND THE ITEM IS UNUSED) contact us within 7 days of delivery and return it back to us with the original packaging within 14 days of purchase & we will issue a full refund. (Please note that in this instance, as the item is not faulty the buyer is responsible for returned postage costs). Please note if the item has been used we can not accept returns, if upon receiving a return we discover that the item has been used a refund will be declined and the item will be returned to you, we are not a hire company...
 
If you do receive a faulty item please contact us via the eBay link & we will either replace or refund & if we require the item to be returned we will cover the cost of returned postage.. Refunds will only be given on receipt of returned goods and we reserve the right to test said item before issuing the refund. Any none faulty items returned as faulty in an effort to avoid having to pay return postage on an item you have decided not to keep will forfeit the return postage refund and we reserve the right to retain 10% of the purchase price to cover re-stocking and re-listing charges...
