A pain to connect to the app as WiFi needs to be 2.4ghz and took a while to figure out how to change the router settings but got there in the end. Temperature holds perfectly and running costs are very low. Good product at a great price. Once set up it's easy to use.

The apps is connecting too much information such as your name, phone No. email even you home WiFi password! Up to the apps ask for my WiFi password, I understand it is a scam! I deleted the app immediately! But my phone number, my email, my name had been exposed! After that day, I continually receiving scam calls and massages ! Before this, for many years, I seldom received one.

I received an Inkbird VS-04 vacuum sealing machine which had a different seal design to the images in the listing and came without a spare seal. I enquired if there was a part missing and received a very quick response that once the factory was open after the weekend I would get a reply. Over the weekend and using the machine it became clear that the seal design has been improved and I received the new design. This was confirmed by Wendy first thing on Monday morning. 5 Star

However, the courier (Evri) have been appalling- not delivering when they said, not updating tracking info, and just leaving it on the doorstep without bothering to knock or ring. Also, the package was crushed. If it wasn't for the foam packing in the box, the sensor would have been trashed. I suggest using a different courier in future!
