DELIVERY

If you are unavailable to accept delivery of your order, then you can request that our courier leaves it in a safe place or with a neighbour by communicating with the courier. However, we regret that we cannot accept responsibility for subsequent damage or loss that may occur, once the order has been left at the different address other than the address stated on your order.
 
If at first attempt the courier fails to deliver the order then they will leave a card and it will be up to you to make arrangements to receive the order from the courier. The courier will try to deliver the order once more free of charge, after the second attempt you may be subject to further charges, or your order may be returned to us automatically. You will receive instructions from the courier.
