They didn’t post it until 18th March and it’s yet to arrive. Way too late for my nieces birthday present. I have messaged them twice to cancel the order and asked for a refund and no reply to either. Now I’ve had to open a case with eBay. Ebay has closed the case and found us NOT at fault due to the tracking proving we sent in time and us offering a full refund upon returning.
