I wish I had phoned this service before wasting money on a so called "Professional" video transfer. The results I received back were far and above my expectations. I also, rather cheekily, asked Tom if it would be possible to send the uncompressed masters (over 110gb!) which he provided on a 128gb usb stick at a small extra cost.
If you have video tapes that you need transferring to digital (usb/dvd etc) then look no further as you won't find better quality anywhere else. Highly recommended.
