I did so and also let the seller know that one item wasn’t shipped. The seller, promptly shipped out the second item, apologized and without further discussion, refunded. This seller has integrity. This seller did jyst that..when i inquired as to how the seller would wrap this the answer i recieved told me that they had very little experience with porcelain, and would simply copy a method that a vendorhad used. I suggested a different method and directed them to a video on youtube. They watched it a learned!! And used this new method to pack my purchase.     The model came well packed and wrapped in bubble wrap. Nothing broken just a little scratch on his white part, but a little acetone worked to remove it, and the model was exactly like described. The value was fair for pre-owned model. The postage was quick and with no trouble. Would shop from this seller again.
