    Well, I'm not want to leave a negative feedback for the seller. Because regardless of the fact that they sent me the product I bought from them twice, but it didn't arrive due to other shipping problems, they still respond in a very nice tone, almost immediately, and of course they refund the money if the buyer wants it. This happened to me too. So I think the seller is reliable.

    Unfortunately the item failed to arrive due some shipping issue, reflected in the tracking. But I do want to emphasize that this was *clearly* a shipping problem which was *completely* out of the Seller's control ! He was also kind and understanding and was quick to help resolve the matter with no unnecessary hassle :)

    Blue emu patches are the best I have used. They are sticky enough to hold until you take them off. There is no disgusting smell. The size is just right for the back or shoulder. The best part is the pain relief.
