Shipping envelope was perfectly intact with no damage. Seller claims it was not like that when he shipped, but photo shows what I received. Seller basically was rude, insinuating I was a liar, and refused to ship another replacement. I got one good one out of two which is all I needed. I only reported this to let potential customers know that this seller DOES NOT offer good customer service.
