When I contacted the seller his response was,”You must be kidding me. No refund or returns the product is excellent only five stars reviews.” Not an appropriate response.

Box fell apart during shipping and cheese packages were grossly distorted with some cheese desiccated as a result. Seller not at all apologetic or interested in improving his service, but gave appropriate advice: “buy from someone else”

Keep in mind that the seller advised that you should read the description FIRST so that you know on the front end that your purchase will arrive as warm slop in an un-chilled envelope. Replacement? Nah. Refund. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! STEALS YOUR MONEY!!!
