    I tries a 2nd time purchasing from them. 1st shipment 75% of crickets were dead. 2nd time.they are in a plastic sealed container with no air vents in a sealed taped cardboard box. Every single cricket is dead. I'm not sure if this was a response into me asking for redeund 1st time. But I will never purchase through them again and wouldn't recommend anyone else to.
