Item sent to my collect + point but no pickup code generated or text sent to me. The Collect+ point quite rightly would not let me collect without a code. This was not the seller’s fault. I asked the seller to contact eBay to generate a code they said it was not their responsibility once they had posted it. Seller ignored my further communication. Collect + allowed me to take the item after I had sent another 2 parcels there. Seller was unhelpful & rude. Not a good buying experience.
