The item arrived in time and it was exactly as described. Ebay kept me informed of every step during the shipping/delivery process. The only thing I would have preferred is that the 2nd letter wasn't taller than the first one. Other than that, I'm in love with the train as it has great quality and it will look beautiful in my grandson's first birthday party.

The name Orla was ordered. However the O and R were a darker wood than the other letters and carriage etc. The seller said that the wood does vary in colour but I have ordered these in previous years from other sellers and not had a problem. The seller was not willing to exchange the letters for the same colour but did say to send it back and he would issue a refund. I’m sure this could have been resolved without the hassle of having to send back for a refund as I did want it for a Xmas gift.
