    Great quality part, as described, and arrived well packaged in good condition. My only criticism is that in order to fit this part, you need another part (not included), and this was not mentioned in the item description. Please note that to be able to fit the fan to the boiler you also need what is called a fan seal (aka "fan to flue" seal, and "fan outlet" seal). It would have saved me the cost of an engineer's call out fee and hassle had this been made clear in the item description!
