Responsive Seller (Rating A+) Userfriendly template and instructions (E-) It was a very frustrating experience for me as a buyer because I really wanted this eBay template to work for me and I chose this product out of dozens but both templates with provided instructions did not work and ultimately the seller refunded my purchase. A language barrier existed as I did not 100% understand the style of communication the seller was attempting to provide but they were still very responsive overall.
