Never received package - incorrect RM image showing package delivered but shows large package and shop background not from my address. I had ordered small battery for Nokia C3. Replied to my email but overall poor customer service and NO effort to try and resolve the problem. My view is they gave me the incorrect RM tracking details/number ! In all my years with eBay I never had to give anyone negative feedback so don’t want this to be a first hence neutral.
