Then, Cinthya apologized and said she would ship the item and refund the shipping cost as a goodwill gesture. Two weeks passed and still no notification or package. I contacted Cinthya two more times to inquire about my item, but she did not respond. I asked ebay to step in, and I received a full refund. Avoid this seller.
