I suffer B12 anemia. SUCKING on one of these slowly every week or two has sorted it. You ingest in the mouth quicker and can only get 50mcg at a time, so anything stronger would not be helpful

Both my husband& I decided to take vitamin B12 as we were both feeling tired all the time. Even after sleeping all night. We have both felt a little better but still waiting for that burst of energy. Only time will tell.
