    Bought these socks well in advance for part of a birthday present but never turned up in time. No communication with seller until I opened a dispute. A refund OR dispatch was offered by seller but when I requested a refund this was ignored and item sent anyway (2 weeks late) no communication since and cancellation rejected. Had to fork out money for a replacement for birthday and now left with socks don't need. Will never purchase from this seller again. Avoid 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

    I explained to the buyer that I had updated my phone and the ebay app hadn't been working and apologised for the delay, I asked if the buyer wanted a dispatch or refund and hadn't heard back so I shipped the item which automatically ends the dispute so never received a refund request. Had they requested a refund first off it would have been initiated as soon as I got back into my eBay account Normal service has now been resumed, sad I've now got negative feedback :-(
