Not sure I would called the fabric velvet. I didnt know what "table velvet" was. Now I have it is seems like a much cheaper brushed fabric of some sort.... No nap as you would expect from what one would commonly associate with velvet. This is more of a faux suede. In view of this and having paid over £23 to receive this item I feel it is overly exspenive. Not value for money. I wouldn't recommend it or buy again. I would have expected to pay in the region of £10 or so. Dissappointed.
