This is my first time and is going very well, airlock bubbler is a bit slow and didn’t think anything was happening until I took the airlock off to see what’s going on and had a very strong alcoholic smell, so something is going right!! I didn’t follow the recipe completely as I don’t like raisins and oranges so I just did a basic honey mead, maybe one day I’ll try the recipe! X
