it clearly states in the listing that this is an e-Book. I have sold this cd rom ebook for many years and never had any issues. Buyer needs to read the listing before buying. I would have given him a refund if i hadnt already shipped him the CD,. Once he has it in his posession too easy to download the information and then ask for a refund. Sorry dude.
