    products which are personalised or custom made to a customers specific requirements are exempt from distance selling rules, for this reason our custome made food items cannot be refunded but we are happy to replace any defective or wrongly personalised items should this ever occur. products purchased which are not personalised can be returned in the original packaging and condition for a refund if required. Personalised items take up to ten working days for production and dispatch and will arrive a few days after dispatch, please note that free postage is by way of Royal Mail Second Class Economy delivery which in it's self can take up to five working days to arrive after dispatch. Items can only be retuned for a replacement if the product has been incorrectly personalised or arrives damaged. We cannot be responsible for items incorrectly personalised due to the the customer providing incorrect details for printing. Printing details stated in the listing "How To Order" section are require as soon as possible after placing your order with us, if we do not receive your print requirements and preferred design number we will endeavour to contact you to ask for those details on two occasions, if no response is received your order will be placed on hold until we do receive those details and we accept no liability for missed events should the buyer fail to provide printing requirements or details within a reasonable time period to allow a product to be made. Cancellation of personalised products should be made within 7 working days, after seven working days your item will be in production and cannot therefore as a personalised custom made item be cancelled under any circumstances. No refunds will be made for any reason on custom made food items, If an item has to be returned because of misprinted errors or damage in transit a replacement item will be made. Any products with print errors or damage must be returned in order to receive a replacement order in all circumstances, any return postage in this case will then be refunded to the customer upon receipt of the returned item. No purchase refunds for personalised custom made food items can be made. if in doubt contact us via ebay messages first prior to ordering.
