Complained to ebay and asked to arrange the return the 1 incorrect part due to quality issues. Vendor never sent a returns note and asked me to close the claim. Ebay actioned the refund and vendor emailed to say "this is not nice" ! The first time, I gave the seller the benefit of the doubt, & ordered again, & asked if they would please check the item was what I ordered before dispatching. I recieved the wrong item again, & had the get eBay to step in to issue a refund. If you need this specific size, don’t bother, they don’t have it. Not happy with this experience at all, & I hope others will look elsewhere in future to save disappointment.
