I received item and immediately returned it unopened. I requested a refund and seller then told me that there would be be a “restocking fee” on the refund -which is against eBay policy- I had to get eBay involved. We shipped the correct item, we are allowed to charge a stocking fee when we aren't at fault and you select the wrong reason for return. Also, we waived the fee, so you were never charged. Terrible buyer

Seller also claimed that the return was badly damaged, but it was never used and was returned in its original condition.
