Great product but terrible customer service and despatch. Ordered and paid for on 26th March only received on 9th April, used Easter as excuse for this, yet other ebay sellers did not have same problem!!!!

unfortunatlly this buyer failed to read the details in the listing prior to placing there order, delivery dates were very clearly showen on the listing. the buyer demanded an explination as to why there order was not dispatched over the easter bank holiday in a less than polite way. it was explained that there was a delay in dispatch as we were closed for the bank holiday weekend i had nothing but attitutde in return. The order was actually delivered 3 days early.
