I ordered a dressing gown I paid instantly the seller never had it in stock in the colour so said they would do it in a different colour then without even telling me the seller cancelled the order and refunded me in full which is far enough but told eBay I cancelled the order which I did NOT cancel the order also if you don’t have in stock why advertise and take customer s order BEWARE !

Sorry but you ordered a personalised robe that we were unable to embroider vast amounts of EXTRA embroidery for you! Some fabrics do not stand out well to large embroidery which I clearly explained to you! Although we were able to offer an alternative colour we still could not fit all the embroidery you had wanted on the front and back of the robe.We therefore refunded in full and cancelled the order ASAP so as you could find exactly what you wanted elsewhere.
