I have been buying redken for years and this product feels like it’s been watered down, it doesn’t do the same effect as it has when I’ve bought redken from hairdressers. Very watery consistency. I worry that the seller has done this purposely to benefit them selling less of the real product.

I received my bottle of this and it was opened, in the advert it was advertised as “brand new”, I attempted to get seller to send a new one as it was meant to be a present for my partner this weekend, the seller didn’t send me a new one and now I have no present to give my partner. I am appalled by the customer service I have received as it is not a cheap item it cost me nearly £14, will never use this seller again
