Game disc was loose inside the case and the case itself was open upon arrival. Upon further inspection the case appears undamaged but has a hard time staying closed and opens far too easily, so it seems to be an issue with the quality of the case itself rather than how it was shipped. Thankfully it was securely packaged, the disc remains undamaged and runs without issue since it had little room to bounce around. Overall I'd call this a positive experience and would buy from this seller again.
