Why bother with this useless tracking charade? No indication of anything useful; still "in transit" two days after delivery. Confusing, pointless.The ladders seem pretty good. Looked at several at same approx price point. Some much cheaper looked a bit flimsy. Bought these on strength of excellent reviews and no silly gimmicks like side handrails. Warranty will outlast me. .. Seem sturdy and safe, even for a timid, FB like myself. Can finally clean ceiling fan. Now --- how do I get down again?

    Sturdy stable steps

    Sturdy well engineered steps which should stand up to some abuse. A bit on the heavy side but not excessive. The steps feel very stable to stand on not like some of the wobbly cheaper brands.

    Great addition

    I have a 3 step ladder that wasn't quite big enough, and was also rather heavy. Decided I needed a 4 step. This set fitted the bill and was also lighter than the 3 step. Perfect.
