Book was shipped fast. Seller quickly responded and refunded on return with a free shipping label with barcode option for USPS to scan. Book described as 'Very Good' that had damage and a missing CD that was clearly shown in the photo of the front cover with a sticker stating it was included which may not have been seen before shipping it out.
'Proofing' items prior to shipment is important and multiple photos do help to disclose condition. 'Will try seller again should they pop up on a search!
