A great way to avoid germs
This is an amazing chopping board. Light weight, dishwasher safe and very hard working. This large board I keep for buttering bread and making up sandwiches only. I have other boards in different colours, red for raw meat, pale green for vegetables and beige for cooked meats, so avoiding cross contamination. They are slim line so don’t take up much room, standing up all together in my kitchen. Highly recommendedThis is an amazing chopping board. Light weight, dishwasher safe and very hard working. It is exactly as advertised. Unfortunately, I didn't take into account how weak the plastic is. After dicing onions there are lines & rough edges.
More then the unbelievably rough surface after just a week of use, is the amount of plastic I have to pick out of the food. We've had to throw it away. We should have gone for a wooden board instead. At least the moisture from cucumbers etc gets absorbed. With this its just standing water. Very disappointed in myself for buying this.
