    Shannara--READ

    Terry Brooks has always been a 'go to' writer. His books, especially the Shannara series are totally amazing. This trilogy is only the beginning of the Shannara adventure and once you start reading, you will find that you want to know what goes on next. He even wrote a trilogy about how Shannara came to past, but that is a number of books down the line!!! I highly recommend the Shannara books as they give an insight on what could be out there and what is actually happening in our world right now. Yes, Brooks gives us insight into our world as we are heading for nuclear war and every nation wants to be ruler, but at what cost?

    Good Book

    This book is too heavy for easy reading. If you're looking to further the adventures of the TV series, as I was, skip this book and go for the individual titles. The publisher crammed too much into one book, making it difficult to hold in bed or the arm chair. Good stories, though, and it is a good value for the price, but too awkward to enjoy.

    Love this Trilogy!

    This is one of the best trilogies ever. There have been many more to follow, but these three started it off. If you like Fantasy, especially Tolkien, you will LOVE these.
