My order was Tracked all the way, delivered on the day and time as promised, it was very well packaged and the quality was as expected & good value. I didn't hear the door bell but saw the e-mail showing my front door with the package propped up along side. However when I went to collect it was missing but I just happened to see it under the car, could have been nasty if I or my wife had moved the car!!
