I know it takes a few weeks to know for sure, but the first night feels like the best mattress I've ever been on, not too firm nor soft. Only quibble is they said one day delivery but immediately I discovered that was with Yodel I had my doubts. This was enforced by the tracking which said they had my item on Monday, which was a miracle as I only bought it on Tuesday! Sure enough, it took an extra day but well worth the wait.

After contacting the seller regarding the issue I received a message stating that my query would be forwarded to the correct department, but never received anything beyond this. I had to contact eBay to obtain a full refund, as the seller gave me zero information about how to repackage this item to return it. In an era of many good sellers, this was a disappointing experience.
