The Item had a 30-day delivery lead time. When the shipping notification was sent, I noticed an odd note that the shipper had canceled the order. The item was shipping from China so I decided to wait it out and see what transpired. Two days prior to the delivery date I reached out to the seller for a delivery update, I did not receive any return communication. The delivery date came and went, and the item was never delivered. No initiative to provide customer service, a general lack of respect.

The package was returned at the logistics company for security reasons
We regret that we did not notice the parcel returned by the logistics company
When the customer contacted us, we immediately asked the customer whether they needed to re-ship, but we did not receive a reply
So we offered to refund the customer
There was no effective communication throughout
Anyway, it's our negligence, okay
