    Not what I expected

    Wanted to try this plan but the books are not for recipes it’s a program min which you need to buy the meals and also the books for about $14 a day. I’m not going to spend $400 to $500 a month on food. I’ll try the Mediterranean diet. If anyone would like the books make me an offer.
