Machine works fine, and is a bargain. I only have a small flat and it's more than capable of dealing with the carpets in my home. However, I have a disability whereas I cannot manoeuvre it....it has a ball type mechanism, and I can't control it. I have no elbows - removed due to Arthritis. I didn't take this into consideration, so this is my fault, not the sellers. All in all, if I didn't have my disability, it would be exactly what I needed. Thankyou to the seller!

Very quick delivery from order to home took less than 36 hours. The mower was well packaged and looked to be in almost new condition. Not a great fan of 'refurbished items' but on this occasion got a very good working mower at a very good price and good customer service. Didn't realise when I ordered the mower that it came with two batteries, gets better, the mower cuts grass and with a lot less effort than my old electric corded mower and is easier to manoeuvre. Overall a good transaction.
