    Communication was great; tray as described. Although shipping was slow, that’s the USPS’ fault. The care in packing the tray was exceptional! Last summer I had a negative experience with USPS. I also know how to pack, used plenty of bubble wrap, peanuts, heavy duty box, and loads of wrapping paper. The 18 inch tall angel came broken in many pieces. Post office would not reimburse me for the damage angel.
