Item arrived in fine condition, no issue there. What was incorrect, was the picture showing everything that was included. I assumed the picture was right, and that what would ship was a thunderbolt 3 cable, as the picture showed. What shipped is a plain USB-C cable, not the throughput of a Thunderbolt port, which the dock is. The description said USB-C, but picture was a thunderbolt cable. Seller did not send a thunderbolt cable when asked. Thunderbolt cables have a number and a lighting symbol.
