Pics show kettle as 2 different colours, contacted seller in advance and was told was sage green (what I wanted)...arrived and its mint green. Can't send back if wrong colour I was told and even if I could I would have to pay postage. Noisy when full and minimum fill line quite high, so not environmentally friendly.

Item as described. Packaging was in a poor condition when it arrived so I was a little worried that it might be damaged. Luckily it was OK & is working fine. I was irritated that no instructions were included for changing which side the door opens. The just mentions that it can be done (for the model I bought), but you have to phone up.
