Shipping

Thought I was buying 2x15kg bags of Chappie Dog Food for £57.99 but only received 1. Looking at the description, stated you were buying 1 bag. I then looked at reviews and discovered I was not the only one to be fooled. A picture of 2 bags and a price that is representative of buying 2 bags (can buy 1 bag delivered for £30.99) and don't see the necessity of reading the description for dog food. Seller happy to be giving a false representation, nobody would pay £27 more, shame on seller & ebay.

Hi, I am sorry to hear this. The advertisement specifically states 15kg. The main image shows a bag of chicken and a bag of beef. Once your chosen flavour is selected, the image changes to one bag, which is what will be received once the order is placed. Kind regards, HugglePets
