The shaver was as described and was sent promptly. However there was a problem in that it was said to be delivered but was not. I disputed this and the delivery company later said that it had been damaged beyond repair. We had a problem getting a refund. This buyer was lovely in that he took the loss sending me another shaver even though it was not his fault. I was very grateful to him for this and for his kindness and generosity and help.
