Works well. I had some trouble with the drivers on WinXP, but found some. I had some issues with laptop power supply noise tripping the adaptor into a protective mode. I found fitting a ferrite over the power supply and also over a USB extension cable helped isolate it enough. Works flawlessly now. A*
